Your order can be cancelled within the next 24 hour of placing it, before the art prints are printed.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email hello@illus.online with your order number and the e-mail address used to place it.
Return Policy
For faulty, wrong, or lost items, to be eligible for a refund, please send us a clear photo of the defective/wrong item to hello@illus.online
Once your item's photo is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied.
To be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Issues of wrong address and lost in transit
illus. is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code and we don’t ship to PO Box address.
If your package gets lost in transit, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit, OR we will resend a new one at our cost.
